Mayfair is the epitome of luxury in London. Offering the finest dining options, high-end retailers, and opulent residential areas, it provides the most gorgeous setting for conferences.
Below you’ll find a few ways that luxurious venues can elevate any conference.
Unbeatable Mayfair location
Situated in Westminster, one of the most sought-after boroughs in London, Mayfair is an elegant area bursting with magnificent townhouses, exclusive hotels, and lavish restaurants. Our Grade II listed Edwardian townhouse is no exception and is bound to add a touch of excitement to your conference.
Our location is perfect for adding another element to your conference, whether that’s ending the day with a delicious meal at a local restaurant or visiting some of the independent boutiques. You could even extend your stay in Mayfair by staying in one of the grand hotels so you can see all of the sights. Surrounded by an array of iconic attractions and landmarks, there’s nowhere better for hosting conferences.
Elegant architecture
From regal floorings to sparkling chandeliers and a grand sweeping staircase, No.4 Hamilton Place is full of elegant architecture. This provides your delegates with an inspiring conference setting without the corporate feel that a conference centre may typically hold.
The Argyll Room & Terrace provides an elegant setting for conferences of up to 100 guests theatre style or 49 guests in a cabaret setup. Decorated with stunning bow windows that allow plenty of natural light, sophisticated décor and an intricate ceiling design, the Argyll Room will captivate your delegates. This first-floor room boasts a beautiful outdoor rooftop terrace which offers incredible views overlooking Hyde Park and is perfect for getting some fresh air after your conference.
With classic décor and large windows, the Sopwith Room is ideal for smaller conferences of up to 40 guests theatre style or 24 guests in a cabaret setup. It also works well alongside the Handley Page Room which is located opposite for additional space for catering or guest registration.
The Handley Page Room is a traditional, spacious room with a capacity of up to 45 guests theatre style or 28 guests cabaret style. All of our conference spaces are available with AV and hybrid facilities and adaptable to different set ups to suit your event.
No.4 Hamilton Place is steeped in fascinating history which creates an excellent talking point for guests. Plus, our Mayfair conference venue was once home to the Duke of Wellington, so your next event will be infused with a hint of royalty!
