Situated in the heart of Mayfair, No.4 Hamilton Place is a brilliant events venue for hosting Christmas parties. Our Grade II listed Edwardian townhouse offers 8 versatile spaces across 4 floors, with capacities ranging from 8 up to 200 guests.
Our central London location offers excellent transport links, with Hyde Park Corner and Green Park tube stations a short walk away, and Victoria train station just a 15-minute walk away. We also have multiple bus stops within a five-minute walk, a cycle docking point a two-minute walk away, and a taxi rank just outside our front door.
Or, if your guests are travelling from further away, we are surrounded by plenty of amazing hotels so that you can extend your stay in central London.
Top-of-the-range AV equipment is included in room hire to enhance your Christmas party, including coloured ceiling LED lights, in-house PA system, and a dedicated AV technician to ensure that all equipment runs smoothly. Or, if you want to transform the space into a Winter wonderland, all of our rooms can be hired without furniture and adapted to any style.

Creating A Guest List
When planning a Christmas party, it’s important to consider how many people you would like to invite so that you can create a guest list.
Our Edwardian townhouse has two event spaces that are best suited to Christmas parties – the Bill Boeing Lecture Theatre, and the Argyll Room and Terrace.
Explore our largest space, the Bill Boeing Lecture Theatre, which has a capacity of up to 200 guests for a festive reception, or 180 guests for a Christmas lunch or dinner. Equipped with the latest AV equipment, the Bill Boeing Lecture Theatre features an in-house PA sound system, coloured ceiling LED lights, microphones, and wall mounted screens.
Located on the first floor, the Argyll Room and Terrace offers the perfect Christmas party setting. The Argyll Room and Terrace can host up to 200 guests for a reception or 100 guests for festive dining and provides an elegant setting for a memorable Christmas party. For the festive period, the private terrace is transformed with a heated marquee so guests can enjoy the evening with fantastic views overlooking Hyde Park.
Catering
Enjoy delicious catering from one of London’s most popular luxury caterers, Blue Strawberry. With menus designed by talented chefs who have a passion for innovative dishes, you can be sure that your guests will be impressed. All food is sourced locally and seasonally using the finest products to create a spectacular culinary experience.
We have a range of Christmas party packages available to choose from, with prices starting from £130+VAT per person for a minimum of 50 guests. Choose the canapé and bowl food reception package for £130+VAT per person, which includes 4 festive canapés, 4 wholesome bowls, sparkling wine or festive cocktail on arrival and house wine, beer, and soft drinks. The 3 course Christmas lunch or dinner package includes a welcome sparkling wine or festive cocktail, three course dinner and half a bottle of wine or non-alcoholic wine which is priced from £160+VAT per person. Both of our packages also include all furniture and linen, and a private cloakroom.

Our venue is beautifully decorated with festive décor for the Christmas season to compliment your event. Your guests will be greeted by a beautiful Christmas tree on arrival, whilst ornate features decorate the townhouse. The tables will be decorated with gorgeous garlands, Christmas crackers, and sparkling lights to create a warm and cosy atmosphere.
Enhance your Christmas party with some fun entertainment, from musicians, bands, and DJs to incredible performers. Hire a photographer for your Christmas party so that your guests can cherish the images from your event.
